This vest is so well made and designed for the job, as soon as I unpacked it I knew it would be a must for long lens wildlife photographers.I use a Fuji 100-400 and after carrying it for an hour or two you get fatigue, this chest plate not only reduces fatigue, but it insures safety and reduces the chance of dropping the camera and lense.For the price this is a must.Fantastic product...

Is a great boon to my photography as I was not using DSLR and 100-400mm lens as too heavy to carry for long periods. Using carrier there is no strain on my neck and carrying binoculars (strap diagonally over shoulder) I can easily use both camera and bins as appropriate.

Works very well ,fits well and does the job.

Excellent product and quality for the price

Should do the job and help when I can’t use my monopod and need to hold the camera. Not sure how steady my pictures will be using this but will be helpful when I’m trying to get my pictures from more restricted areas and will be easier to secure to hand. It is all the money and doesn’t really reflect the price. How is it so expensive. Does look smart but my granddaughter said it looked like a police vest.

I have only used this product once, I am a wildlife photographer and for this purpose I did not find the product suitable for the following reasons:- When wanting to remove the camera from the harness I sometimes found this fiddle and took to long, meaning I missed the shot. Another reason why I missed shots that removing the camera was not silent and would spook the wildlife. On the plus side, I did find it made carrying a heavy camera lens combination a lot easier. I would still consider using it if I was out doing landscape photography, or at a site where you mostly shoot from hides.

I purchased this item last October and have used it frequently since.I am a landscape photographer and spend a long time walking with a heavy SLR camera and attached lens.Prior to my purchase my camera would sway about as I walked and I would have to steady the camera with my hand.With this very well made chest harness I no longer have this problem.I find the harness to be very comfortable for prolonged use and the camera is very secure when clipped into place,there are also two sturdy safety straps which attach to a camera.I can highly recommend this product at a great price.

Wore for first time for a trip to zoo. My full frame camera plus 70 to 300 zoom weighs a lot and us a strain on my neck normally. The Harness certainly made things easier. After 5 hours still felt comfortably. Easy to remove camera for use.One suggestion perhaps the bit that screws into camera could be adapted to allow a tripod or monopod to be be fitted. At moment you have to remove before using tripod, not a big hassle though.Would recommend, and already have, this product.
