Excellent keyboard - Excellent customer service
I love the feel of the keyboard, it looks really classy and the buttons are smooth. It has worked really well and I absolutely love it.To add, I had a small issue with the keyboard to which Arteck responded in person and really quickly. They took me through the troubleshooting and when this didn't fix it, they immediately sent a replacement. I'm really impressed with the customer service. I've also bought a mouse from these guys as it all feels so high quality.

The ‘plug in the Bluetooth radio and it works’ keyboard
Works well with my laptop though the sharp metal at either end could be a cause for concern with children in the house. Nonetheless, I’m back in action again and I like the key stroke action.

talk about 5 star customer service, 4 years after purchasing this, they were happy to replace the faulty keyboard. Amazing. I love this keyboard.

Great keyboard and support
Great keyboard and even better customer support. I’ve bought a few of these over time and have been very happy with them. Only once I’ve had an issue with keypresses that appeared after more than a year of continuous usage but getting the warranty honoured was extremely easy. Highly recommend.
