My first time using a wired connection and wow, what a difference! Haven't had any issues whatsoever. I do have rural speeds so I can't speak much for how this product works in anything higher than an 8mb/s cap but, works perfect for what I need!

I recently purchased the Amazon Basics RJ45 Cat 6 Ethernet Patch Cable, and it has been performing exceptionally well. The 10-foot length is perfect for connecting my laptop to the router without any clutter. The cable feels sturdy, and the gold-plated connectors ensure a stable and fast connection. Since switching to this cable, I've noticed more consistent internet speeds, especially during video calls and streaming. Overall, it's a great value for the price and meets all my networking needs.

Amazon Essentials has yet to let me down. I was looking for some CAT6 ethernet cables but found out pretty quickly they can be rather expensive. Until Amazon came to save the day. You can't go wrong with this. I love the locking mechanism the cords use where they snap into your devices. They can be rather difficult to pinch loose and pullout, but I will take that over them accidentally being unplugged.

Perfect length that I needed.Only thing I did not like is how hard it is to take out of the ethernet port. It's next to impossible

I bought this as a backup for my computer for work in case the Wi-Fi has issues. Have not used it for my laptop yet, but my son used it for his And with the adapter that we have. He says his gaming speed is better.
