Worked a dream using aluminum tray
I found this super simple to use and it cleaned all my silver jewellery really effectively. I was dubious as I'd read other reviews saying it didn't work so to give it the best possible chance of working I used a large aluminum tray (leftover from a shop-bought lasagne). The one thing I will say is that the silver packet provided kept floating up, but this didn't matter since the jewellery was touching the metal tray. I left my items in the fizzing solution until it stopped fizzing (about 5-10 mins) and then took them all out. Forgot to take a before photo but most of the silver items were nearing black with tarnish so I was pretty impressed. As you can see from the photo of the tray, this was turned black from tarnish!

Worked well and fast
Bought for a 20 year old silver tiffany necklace which was completely brown with tarnish. Did the soak twice and am pleased with the results. Also used on my son’s chain but must just be silver plated as has not really worked. Can see other reviews saying it’s ruined jewellery but assuming this must have been costume jewellery as it was fine on my necklace. 4 out of 5 stars as it’s quite pricey for something that’s pretty much a single use.

My silvr necklace is shining again
This jewelery cleaner is very good for the price, it cleaned my badly tarnished silver necklace brilliantly. It is very easy to use and the instructions are very clear.

Very good
Very good, it cleaned the special and the costume jewels, even a 50 year old marcasite bracelet! It fizzled for over 5 mins then I washed it off, very sparkly

Fast effective product.
Really effective product, easy to use, all my silver jewellery now looks like new again. The is no powdery residue to deal just a rinse and a buff up with a soft cloth. On a note of caution take care with any stones in the jewelry. Order and delivery was excellent

This is not a jar of cleaner!
I really thought this was a jar of silver cleaner. It said a 'silver dip' which one would assume it was a liquid in a jar!! Not happy with this product!
