Protein powder that has a smooth taste and texture. One scoop has only 4 net carbs, yet 12.5 grams of protein. Serving size listed is 2 scoops, but one scoop works perfectly for a keto smoothie.

We use this mixed into oatmeal to get more protein. It’s a good flavor and not too strong so that makes it easy to mix in other things and not be overwhelming.

Started with Gnarly's BCAA looking to move to more natural supps and moved on to the protein powder. Really liking this product.PROS:1) Solid taste. Not overwhelmingly, chemically-shocking, vanilla.2) Very filling. Useful as snack/exchange on non-workout days. On workout days, a shake an hour-ish before a tough session keeps me full through till the end (I know, everyone caloric needs differ).3) Smooth mix. Once shaken (see below), very smooth and drinkable. Virtually no chunkage.4) Good mixer. I've added coffee, PB, fruit ... all tastes good mixed with the vanilla. Again, not over-powered vanilla.CONS:1) Tough mixer. Really gotta work-up a pump to get it mixed thoroughly. Once mixed, see above!2) Value. At $51 a container, seems a tad pricey for a 2 lbs container with 20 servings (roughly$2.55/serving). There are other powders cheaper with almost double the servings.FINAL:All-in-all, I'll be sticking with the Gnarly brand for the foreseeable future. Good grass-fed, whey protein that taste good, taste less artificial that other brands, and (so far) has been a banging protein supp. The cost is annoying, but frankly, i'm the type who will pay a little more for something I deem as a quality product.

When I first found this whey, i mixed it with almond butter and a milk substitute. I found that I was getting bloated beyond belief, and thought I had an issue with the whey powder. Fast forward a few years, i discovered my real issue was with almonds, so I thought I would try this again.This is the second tub I’ve gotten in a few months.I now mix this powder with water, coffee that I make into ice cubes, and a little bit of powdered peanut butter (not almond butter!). I think it tastes delicious and no milk or milk substitute required. I find that it really satiates me and tastes great. It’s also a great replacement for getting a daily coffee drink, so that’s great too. Really glad that I don’t have a problem digesting this whey, since I am so sensitive to many things, and this is the best tasting chocolate protein powder I’ve tried.

Product is great, however, Amazon does a poor job of packaging and containers are damaged to the point of not being usable. It has happened several times. Amazon always makes good, but it is a process to replace. We will now order directly from company.

Being”..Kiwi..” I know it’s as clean as u can get it.. As natural in its make up of what they put in it. I’ve tried pro-shakes in the US!! I live here now, but it never fails the shakes I would try they would do my kidneys in.. Stop taking and I tried a lot too find one that didn’t do my side in. As soon as I stopped taking the shakes my side would stop hurting.. So I thought let me get back too Kiwi Shakes... can’t say enough totally different in its make up, No more problems in my side.. I was looking for a protein powder that would work well and came highly recommended and this one delivers! I have purchased this twice and anticipate more to support my resistance workouts. Great product!

I bought this protein powder with intentions of making my own protein granola. It has worked well and tastes great, even in a glass of water or milk.
