Helps support my lower back, really great for my car seat cause the head rest awkwardly pushes my head forward

This thing is great, it is doing all it can to protect my lower back from the torture device that is the seat of the Toyota Sienna I drive for work.Seriously Toyota, do you hate the people who buy your van? I would rather sit on the bleachers at a little league game than your seats Toyota!Anyway, buy this is you have a Sienna. Actually if you have a Sienna you have demonstrated you lack competency in decision making, so if you have to drive a Sienna and don’t have a choice, get this product.

I've had other car pillows before that did not work as well as this one. It's very comfortable and helps my back tremendously on long rides.

Little to thick to work easily I only use it on occasion when really need it
