Great buy! Product as advertised!! Climbs hills at 30*degrees!
Took my new scooter for a first time ride yesterday. Gave it a good workout and was very pleased with how it drove over bumps etc. the speed is exactly what is says. I wanted to see if it actually will climb the 30* degree incline like it states, so I found a few inclines and was so Impressed with the ease it climbed the inclines. The scooodid not loose any speed going up one of the inclines. The last incline with approximately 3 bars left on battery it struggled a little but made it. The scooter is made very well and will definitely buy another one! I think it being a 14.5 amp helps it climb the hills. It was well worth the money spent 359.99 on sell thru Amazon. This is the best bang for your buck out here! Keep up the good work making these great scooters..

Decent scooters!
Great for flat trails and sidewalks, don't do well at all on hills or rough terrain with a average size adult! Very easy to use other than the app! Battery life is decent but definitely not as good as described in the listing when under normal use! Is very quiet and decently light for handling! Would recommend for teens not larger adults! I'd say it's a fair value for the price! Seems to be holding up great even after a decent amount of use!

Good price to performance
Giving it 5 stars because it delivers well on what its designed to be. I think a lot of the negative reviews for the $200 model are based on unrealistic expectations. The scooter has a small motor with a small battery pack, so a range of 10-20 miles is pretty good for a device like this.Everything I'm about to say should be prefaced with the fact that I weigh about 200lbs.I found the speed reaches a maximum of 17mph, which is plenty for a frame like this, I honestly don't know why you would want it to go any faster, given the small wheel base and lighter frame. The suspension isn't the best on rough surfaces, but for the price and size, thats to be expected. On smooth surfaces like sidewalks, however, it handles well.Battery life is about what I expected. On a single charge, I was able to go about 10 miles before the battery dropped to below 50%, and that was while I was going 17mph for most of the ride. With a capacity like that, I think this makes for a pretty good commuter device, especially if you can ride it to work and charge it while you're there. The frame feels sturdy without being overly cumbersome, and its light enough to be carried in one handAll in all, I feel this was a good value for the price, and I would probably give the more expensive models from this manufacturer a shot.

Very Fast and Sturdy! Worth Every Penny! (Yellow Wheels)
This is for the 10"-14.5ah-500W with yellow wheels. I bought this for my son who’s 6’5” and 240lbs for college. I (mom) put it together in about 15 min including screwing in kickstand and handlebars. I of course had to take it on a test ride, and it’s awesome! Got it to 33mph with ease, the suspension is fantastic for bumps in the road. The brakes are a bit grabby so brake with caution until you get used to them. The digital screen is nice and bright, so are the lights. I would say this is geared towards older teens and adults because it goes so fast. It’s heavy duty and seems very sturdy. I scored this gem on sale, so the price point was fantastic for so much scooter!

MaxShot V1 PRO dual- suspension (1 month review)
**THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THE MAXSHOT V1 pro dual- suspension MODEL**I waited a month before writing my review to provide a realistic picture for everyone. I have about 75 miles on the scooter so far. Here is everything you need to know:PROS--Great SHORT commute scooter. I wouldn’t recommend it for a round trip over 5 miles, unless you can re-charge around the 5 mile mark.-Charges pretty fast. I haven’t timed it, but I doubt it’s over 2 hours for a full charge from 0.-It actually goes 19mph as advertised.-The breaks are great.-The suspension works great.-The lights function properly, although the headlight isn’t very bright. I purchased a rechargeable bike light that straps to the handlebars and a red flashing break light for my backpack, and I use those at night.-All of the scooter’s screws came tightened, but I still recommend you double check.-The overall quality of the scooter is surprisingly good for the price.-It only costs $240 (at the time of my purchase, 2025).-The scooter has 3 speed modes and can be adjusted using the Tuya Smart app. The app has other functions like distance tracking via GPS, wheel lock, and cruise control.-Customer service is great. They sent me a battery upon request.-The folding/ locking mechanism works great.CONS:-Turning on the headlight drains the battery extremely fast.-Using the highest speed modes (S), you can only travel 5-7 miles on a full charge. This is the biggest “CON” imo.-I don’t believe the scooter is waterproof/ resistant at all. It has no IPX rating. For the price, you can’t really complain, but still a “CON”. I don’t ride in wet conditions at all.-The wheel lock on the app only works while the scooter is turned on. If you shut it off, the wheels can roll again. If they fixed that, it would be a game changer.-Finding spare parts will not be easy unless you figure out how to purchase directly from the manufacturer. Maxshot is a fairly uknown brand, but the scooter works great for the price range.-You can’t turn off cruise control or change speed modes without accessing the app. In order to register your scooter, you need to scan the QR code that comes with the little panflet in the scooter’s packaging. Do NOT throw that panflet away. You may not be able to access the app and customize the settings without it.Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. For the price, you probably won’t find much better. The main issues to me are the max distance on speed (S) mode (5-7 miles), the wheel lock only working when the scooter is on, and the lack of water resistance. But again, for $240, you definitely get what you pay for. You will need to pay much more money if those are deal breakers to you. I definitely recommend for novice e scooter riders, short commutes, or something to get you around a campus. If this is your first e scooter, I recommend starting on the slower speed setting. Make sure you buy and wear a helmet that fits, avoid potholes, don’t take sharp turns while accelerating, don’t ride in wet conditions, and buy additional lights/ high visibility clothing to be visible at night. Be safe! Thanks for reading.

Seems like quality fornthe money.
Not too shabby for the price! I've ridden the big box ones as well and this feels no different. I'm only 150 or so, so I get pretty good results. It's fun and seems to go about 20mph, however, I highly doubt the advertised range of 20 miles is accurate. I only bought this because I have a used sports car that I get work done on. I can (not easily) fit this in there and use it to get back and forth from the shop. I also plan on taking it to the Mid Ohio race track during Grid Life because that's the best way to get around. We will see hownit holds up.Update: Okay, I REALLY like this. Makes me feel like a kid again. Ha ha ha!
