I used this once, basically just to test it, back in December 2024. It worked fine. I tried using it today (Feb. 16, 2025) and it doesn't work. It connects briefly and is recognized but disconnects before any files can be downloaded. Checked three different cables in three different USB ports. I finally put the XQD card back in my D850 and downloaded the images directly from the camera. So XQD is OK; USB port is OK; This device is not. Return window expired January 31. I will buy a more reliable brand.

Worked twice. Now it comes up but as soon as you try to transfer any sizeable file, it drops off the machine. Tried with multiple XQD cards, cables and computers. Does the same thing every time.

It looked nice and solid but wouldn't stay connected to laptop for more than 3 seconds. Wound up using a $10 card reader which worked flawlessly

I have only used this for couple transfers and it does not work anymore. I need my money back!!!

I got this for my less than two month old computer. It automatically disconnects itself within 2 to 3 seconds. I wanted to give it a fair shake so I tried it on a friend's computer with the same results. Disappointed.

This reader doesn’t work with xqd. It disconnects the card after a few seconds. Would be awesome to get a refund, but return window has just closed.
