Excellent step by step instructions. Large type. Hurrah for us older types. Book lies flat when opened so no real need for the much more expensive spiral version. Easy way to get into this fitness regimen.

Amazing how I have way less muscle aches !
I’m 67 and on day 13 now. I had noticed a difference by day 7. It’s amazing just doing chair yoga and getting results of feeling less tired , not feeling muscle aches , and bending is so much easier. I highly recommend this chair yoga book.
