Need for Teachers
This product is a life saver for me. I am a classroom teacher and this document camera allows me to model task/assignments for my students.

No product support
I purchased this item for my classroom. My computer does not support the tiny CD that came with it. I contacted the company via email twice to request online access to the software needed. They have not responded. I spent $200 on a product I can’t even use.

Not long lasting
It was great until about 3 weeks ago when it stopped connecting to my laptop. It will make a noise that it connects and then seconds later it disconnects. I’ve tried all three USB ports and they all get the issue, so it’s not my laptop. Only had it for 3 months and got it for a donors choose for my classroom.

Not comparable with chromebook
So the software that comes with the Elmo was in Chinese and came as a cd rom but I did install Ipevo presenter as a chrome extension and the document camera works. You can zoom in, out, and record with WeVideo perfectly.

This product was used in the classroom. visibility on the wall was clear and loved that it could be placed anywhere in the room.
