Extremely Comfortable Wireless Headset
This is an extremely comfortable wireless headset. I've been using the wired version (H390) for the last 15 years and finally wanted a wireless option, and this is it. The audio is clear, in and out. It's lightweight and has a good battery life. I use the 2.4 GHz dongle, but it also has a Bluetooth connection.I got this as a gaming headset, mainly for comms since I prefer desktop speakers for game sound, with Discord comms through the headset. I did put game sound through them just as a test, and they sounded great either way. I prefer push-to-talk, but this headset will auto-mute when you lift the mic up, which is pretty cool.I tried the Turtle Beach Stealth 600, and I just really don't like the over-the-ear cans headsets very much. I much prefer these leathery cushioned, padded headsets instead.I hate desk clutter (headset stands on desks are annoying), so I got this really handy headset mount that lets me mount it underneath my desk, off to the side where I also charge it.

The Bluetooth connection drops too soon when not in use.The sound is good and they are lightweight

Doesn’t work well with MS Teams Meetings
I purchased these as they specifically said they were designed to work with MS Teams meetings. Unfortunately this headset has been a nightmare. The boom mic is used to turn on and off the mute, but this headset gets that confused every time I connect to a meeting. So when I lower it ot says it’s muted and lifting it up says connected. I have to disconnect from the meeting and reconnect to get this to finally work.The next big issue is when using this headset with MS Teams when I have the mic in the “muted”’position, the system constantly notifies me that “mute is on”. I have searched hi and low on the inter webs,contacted Logitech support. Talked to Microsoft and no one can figure how to stop this. I have other wireless head sets that do not have this issue with me team meetings. And through all the tech support and deductive problem solving, it appears it’s just a quirk in this headset.Lastly, these constantly disconnect from the dongle.I HIGHLY recommitment to STAY FAR AWAY from purchasing this model. It’s garbage.
