Been using it for a year now. Excellent quality. No issues so far. Comfortable to use and handy. Suitable for bulk ironing for long durations. No damage to clothes. If unused for long time leads to calc formation and damages the bottom plate.

Worst product and worst service from philips
Iron box is not working after five months, Philips customer care is pathertic, they didn't even answer calls properly, while purchasing they will not say that you don't have home service, actually if the product is failed you have to courier it to the service center, for that you have to bare the charges.

Mediocre and there could be better options
Design and finish of the product is below average. Irregular castings and shape, and the quality of finish looks pretty mediocre. Can’t digest that it’s a Philips product!! After couple of use, I agree to many others feedback about water leakage. There is an issue with the handle design as well as I accidentally push the spray button when pressing the clothes. Overall, below average and there could be better options at the same price
