I suck at doing my eyebrows, so I had big hopes this would make the process easy enough even for me to do. Despite watching multiple tutorials I can't get the strokes to look realistically hairlike as they're shown to be in videos, my lines look thicker for some reason and just unnatural. When I first received the product I couldn't use it because the tip was dry and applied in a very patchy and flaky manner. I contacted the company/seller via email and promptly received a response apologizing for the inconvenience and offering to send a replacement without the hassle of having to return the original order. I really appreciate that this business stands behind their product and cares about their customer's satisfaction. Because of the highly responsive customer support I would definitely shop their other products and recommend them to others. I even recommend others try the eyebrow pen despite that it didn't really work for me, the company's return/exchange policy and quality support makes it a safe buy.

First time using this pencil and I fell in love with it. It's the right color, goes on smoothly, and is easy to use, there's no need to order any other type of eyebrow pencil. It makes my brows look full, beautiful, and natural. I love the pencil and will be ordering many more. I've had it for some time, and it's still going strong. I do not have to shake it as some others do. It's so easy to use that a seven-year-old can do it. If they can draw in a coloring book, they can create eyebrows. That's how easy it is to use.

Great customer service and super fast shipping! I originally ordered an eyeliner, but the color wasn’t as dark as I hoped. I reached out to the seller, and she responded kindly and quickly sent me a replacement. At first, I thought it was the same shade because the pen looked identical, but if you read the label closely, you’ll see the difference. The new color is perfect — I’m beyond satisfied! My first time usuing something like this for my brows and honestly was so easy to use i loved that it has a single side and another side where you can create more hairs which i can use for the front of my brows where am missing brows and the other i can fill in any sprace areas and most of all i loved it came with a spolie .

Almost didn’t order because when it comes to makeup, I like to see in person. I really love this though & was so glad I ordered it. I would have probably ordered a lighter shade though, I think they run a shade dark. You can’t go fast at first, but it only takes one or two tries to get used to. It would not be for someone with a shaky hand though.

This is a great way to avoid having to pay hundreds of $$ on profesional microblading. If you are careful and apply it correctly, it looks extremely natural. It gives very natural look to the eyebrows, I just wish it came in more shades in between the ones available. A problem I have with this pen is, you need to be very precise when applying it, the streaks have to be the exact length and thickness to blend in with your natural hairs in your eyebrow, otherwise it won’t look natural. The hairs would be either too intense or too dense or too short or too long. So, it’s not easy to make it look like your natural eyebrows. I usually spend 10-15 minutes to complete this task and of course I have nearby a wet cotton swab to fix my mistakes.
