Best Terraform book I've read in a long time!
Shoutout to Mark Tinderholt for sharing his wisdom in "Mastering Terraform: A practical guide to building and deploying infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and GCP"Here's why I think that this book is an absolute game-changer if you work or want to work with Terraform:- The book covers basics such as HCL, language, state, and modules, as well as advanced topics such as deployment patterns, all using examples and best practices that you can directly apply in your day-to-day job.- I love how the book takes you from zero to hero. Once you reach page ~470, you learn how to manage and deploy complex, multi-cloud architectures using Terraform.- Mark explains complex topics clearly and concisely, making them easy for beginners to understand and providing depth for experts - I really enjoyed reading it and didn't get bored (which is what happened to me with a lot of other Terraform books). My favorite is the state management chapter, which uses the "Jurassic Park" analogy—I won't spoiler more, though, lol.Guess what? I consider myself fairly well seasoned when it comes to Terraform 🤪 but even I took away some excellent learnings! So, whether you’re new to Terraform or looking to deepen your expertise, this book provides clear, practical insights - I highly recommend it!

Recommended for network engineers
Recommended for network engineers, DevOps practitioners, and IT managers seeking to modernize their observability practices.Very good examples. I loved the container lab on digital ocean, although there was some difficulties getting setup, but it was still quite nice to see it all in action
