They are comfy enough to wear all day and give my butt the high heel lift without putting pressure on my toes.Measure your foot... I usually wear a 6 - 6 1/2 and ordered a 7. Fits perfectly.I see what everyone was saying about the arch. It dips where you need it to go up and support the arch. Even with that, though, they are completely comfortable.
