Well worth buying
Admittedly I am 75, but I found the sound quality of these to be as good as the Corsair headphones I was using. I bought these as I was having difficulties with the heavier headphones. These ear-buds are worth buying.

Audio/Mic quality is excellent
I used these one my laptop for Zoom/Microsoft Teams calls. The audio quality and mic quality is excellent. I'm not sure how these would fare if you were to use them while jogging though as they dont sit in your ear very snug. But they're comfortable and good enough for laptop/computer work purposes.
