Initial impressions excellent: time will demonstrate efficacy
I had been taking iPerk 4,000IU Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) with 100 micrograms Vit K2 (ensure calcium diverted to bones, not soft tissue) since around Sep 2023, initially 1/day, then 2/day (8,000IU/day) to aim for a target blood storage (Calcifediol) of 150 nmol/L --- actually reaching 120 nmol/L. Vitamins A D E and K are fat-soluble, and will not be absorbed unless taken with fatty food (I add a small spoonful of yogurt). D3 must be processed by the liver to produce the blood-storage Calcifediol form, and the liver takes 2--3 weeks to process --- so it takes several weeks to achieve a constant blood-level. Calcifediol is absorbed (some say "trapped") in body fat, so those well-endowed need a higher dose to achieve a target blood-level. The potential variability in absorption, liver-function, and body-storage implies results should be assessed using blood-tests giving a numerical result. Thus, I knew the iPerk was working. Sadly, iPerk seem to have discontinued supply.EVO seem to offer similar dosage at very reasonable cost; so I purchased two 400-tablet jars (delivered 31 Jan 25) for (over) a year's supply. However, some reviews claim their "400 tablet" jars contained only 180 tablets. Needs checking: results may be useful to others. My two jars had slightly different weights, at 78.15g and 78.80g. I decided to check the content of the lighter jar. Tablets were small at around 6.1mm diameter. I weighed 1, 2, 4, 10, 20, and 40 tablets --- yielding 0.14, 0.29, 0.57, 1.44, 2.90, and 5.79g, implying consistent weight per tablet (ie counted correctly!) and averaging 0.14475g per tablet. All the tablets in the jar weighed 57.56g, implying 397.7 tablets--- confirming the nominal 400 tablets. The empty jar and it's lid weighed 20.00g, while the removed internal and external seals added 0.34g. Thus the tablets themselves (57.5g) comprised most of the sealed-jar weight (78.15g), so it should be easy to detect an incorrect 180 tablets if we assume the jars are unchanged. My jars appear to be as expected.I have seen reviews --- for various D3 products --- implying tablets were (suspiciously?) small, and note occasional "confusion" between 4,000IU and 100 microgram. Note 4,000IU of D3 _does_ weigh 100 microgram; which together with 100 micrograms of K2 implies active ingredients of 0.0002g/tablet. This is a small fraction of the 0.14g tablet weight, so "small" tablets are not a cause for suspicion. Indeed, there is a strong case for minimising additional "fillers", although there are practical limits to handling very small tablets. All this is irrelevant if the tablets fail to include the claimed vitamins. After a few months I plan further blood-tests, and hope to update this review with confirmation they "actually work" in maintaining Calcifediol blood-storage. For the present I give three stars for value for money, and for what appears to be an excellent product --- hopefully to be raised to five stars in a few months provided blood-tests confirm efficacy.

Tiny, easy to swallow
My daughter has problems swallowing large tablets, these are tiny. As most people are lacking in vit D in our cold damp country, we decided to take these and there's loads in this tub for both of us for ages, will most likely reorder this brand when finished as they are great value. Vitamin D requires K2 to work, we take these with magnesium also as they all help each other work.
