Finally a way to have arch support for those moments when we need to wear flip flops. Yes. I realize that these shoes are forbidden with Plantar Fasciitis, but this wrap allows me to spend time airing out my feet instead of putting on my shoes with inserts for awhile. While, they don’t help with heel cushioning in any way, a crafty individual could remedy that with heel supports secured to the shoe. This is a comfortable option for adding arch support to your feet. Two sizes are included that you can change out depending on how much thickness you feel your arch needs.I like the Dr Potter products and also purchased the compression socks tonight.

Finally!!
As many of you, I got Planters Faciitis and was searching for answers. After stretches, cold packs, visits to a podiatrist, physician therapy and cortisone shots I finally found something that worked. These pads are nice because the support pad can actually be adjusted toward the heel of your foot. The thicker pad worked well for me. As far as the reviews saying they slip around, I had absolutely no problem . All I can think is that they may have placed the side with the indentations facing the pad. I put them facing my foot. Maybe that’s it. Anyway no problem. I also use two items that can be purchased on Amazon although I was sold them at a shoe store by a clerk who actually knew what she was talking about. The first is “Stable Tarc” insoles, and the second was Hoka Ahahi 7 (model, not size) shoes. Both of these items are made for “PF” and the Hoka Arahi 7’s are actually a stability shoe made for people specifically with Plantar Faciitis! Anyway all can be purchased her and never mind the lack of reviews for the inserts, just get them, they are what you need! That’s what the clerk told me and I now have three pairs. Hope all this helps.

So Far, They are Working Well
This is the second style of such a product (removable and adjustable arch supports) that I have tried. The first ones were OK and I used them on and off for a year. But I thought I would try a slightly different and less expensive option.I'm just finishing my third day of wearing them and thus far they have been very comfortable and provide the support that I am seeking. Its too soon to comment upon their durability but after about 24 hours of use they are working as advertised and I am hopeful they will be as useful going forward.

Excellent arch supports.
Recommended. These are outstanding arch supports, with each one supplying two levels of support (plus the band itself, for minimal support). The spacers secure with a velcro like fastening, and the band closes the same way. So far they have helped me avoid painful feet for far, far, far less money than... a Store... wanted for a very similar product. I have not used them long enough to speak to longevity, but I have used them now for a few months and they seem to be enduring well. If I get a year or two out of them, I'll consider that sufficient.

All Occasion Support
I felt these were more applicable for every shoe, every sandal, every slipper! The two levels of support gave a variation. There are affordable enough that you could get a dark and a light one to blend in more with foot attire!

Great, but straps come loose quickly
These help a lot but with regular wear they only last me 2 months before the Velcro no longer sticks. If they fixed that issue it would be full stars.

Didn't stay in place
As someone who spends $60 per set of inserts typically, really wanted these to work.Found that these would not stay in place. I'd try to keep them under the insides of my feet to prevent overpronation, but they did not stay in place. They would slide to the center of my feet.Tried both sets of arch supports provided and even emailed customer support, but didn't hear back at all.Anyway, hope you have better luck with them or find a better product.

Very good option
The two options for lift help personalize the support they offer. I generally use the thicker set. They make the last thousand steps at night less painful. I'm three weeks in and I'm very happy with this less expensive option.
