It's hard to find much to say about this. It knows its job and does it well. It comes in a typical tub without THAT much obnoxious empty space, isn't clumped together, mixes perfectly, and barely tastes like anything. It gives me that creatine energy and seems good. No side effects. What else is there to say? I'm happy.

Taste is mild and easy to ignore in water.I didn’t read or experience anything to favor this product over the other one I’ve used.People generally recommend you start creatine with half doses and work your way up the full 5 grams, because of potential GI tract issues. I did this, but did not have any GI issues.I have dry mouth, nose and eyes. My experience with both creatine products is that they make dry mouth a little worse. That’s disappointing, but I appreciate creatine so much that I plan to continue it.The problem with dry mouth is that it adversely affects your mouth and teeth. I get frequent tiny cavities. Talk to your dentist if you have this issue. Not everyone does with creatine. If you already have dry mouth, then you might be like me and it will be a little worse.Creatine is said to help hydrate your cells. I do feel differently hydrated. It’s hard to describe, but there are subtle differences in how much water I drink and how I feel on hot days.If you're considering it, I highly recommend you try it. Not just for body builders. It’s been a great product for me.

Creatine is my go-to, must-have supplement for weight lifting. This creatine powder is one of the best I've tried. It's super easy to take because it barely has any taste and goes down easy, so I can add it to any drink and barely notice it. It also mixes into liquids very easily, leaving no powder clumps at the bottom of my glass, so I know I drank the whole dose. The included scoop helps me get the right measurement every time. Overall, this is a convenient form of creatine that I would recommend.

$40 for 90 servings of 5g of creatine is approaching what I would call lower value especially for Creatine. I’ve been testing different creatine products using the same method of 8 oz of water. The dissolving of this creatine is on the higher end which is good as it’s usually hard for creatine to dissolve in water and you’ll also see it settle at the bottom which this did as well(that’s a good sign). The “creatine taste” wasn’t that noticeable which is above average. The creatine itself is flour like with its powder. The container is small for 90 servings and the scoop is very long which made putting it back into the container slightly difficult. The missing one star is for the lack of value for 90 servings. Other than that a great no frills creatine!

This mixes in well with anything that I have tried so far. I have used creatine for awhile and this seems high quality at a decent price.

Its always hard to say whether or not a supplement is working great or at all. But I can comment on things like the quality of the screen size of the powder being nice and consistent with no lumps, clumps or foreign materials, no objectionable odors or coloration, and great packaging of the product. Plus you get a lot for the cost of it which is a nice bonus. The powder mixes easily in your beverage of choice and doesn't feature a majorly bad taste or anything like that, so it goes down easy. I have noticed that my energy is improving and my mental clarity, nothing major but a little bump in both areas has been achieved and is appreciated.

Everything that I read in my weightlifting magazines and online tells me that 5 grams of Creatine daily is the recommended dose for long term gain. I can quickly add a premeasured scoop to satisfy that need and mix with my morning juice or protein drink (or even water) to get it one and done before I hit the gym.There is no odd taste and no chalky, bitter ick in my mouth or throat. It’s so finely blended that it almost disappears in your desired drink immediately! With the 90 servings in the portable, resealable container (scoop included) its easy to take with you if necessary in case you’re running late and don’t have time for breakfast. Somehow this gives me an additional energy boost in the morning as well, although there is no note of any caffeinated additives. I feel safe using this and all the research points to a very high-quality product.
