🌟 Elevate your environment sensing game with precision that fits in your palm!
The Youmile AHT20 sensor module is a high-precision, compact temperature and humidity sensor designed for seamless integration with Arduino and similar platforms. Operating on a low DC voltage (2.0-5.5V), it delivers accurate readings within ±0.3°C and ±2% RH across a wide range (-40 to 85°C, 0-100% RH). Its small footprint and I2C output make it an ideal upgrade from the AHT10, perfect for HVAC, automotive, and smart home applications.

Functions as expected
This AHT20 + BMP280 unit was a cheaper way of getting temperature, humidity and pressure measurements than a proper BME280 chip, but isn't a drop-in replacement. With the two chips on the board, it takes up two I2C addresses rather than one. There is also no way provided to use the BMP280's SPI capability or change it from the default I2C address. Despite these limitations, it seems to work fine. The first module out of the bag worked fine with an ESP8266 running ESPHome using default parameters, so I haven't needed to use the other 4 modules yet. I don't have a reliable way of checking their accuracy, but the humidity and pressure readings are within the expected range, and the temperature readings from the two chips are generally within 0.2℃ of each other. As the BMP280 is only rated as accurate to ±1.0℃, this is pretty good.
