Definitely 1 favorite one that I have tried so far! The thing I love the most is it's easy to put on and it's comfortable it helps with my posture because I have scoliosis. But as I'm getting a little bit older and having some health issues and after five children my stomach isn't as flat as I would like it to be so I can't wait to see the results. Oh and also I love this that you don't get like all sweaty and have your shirt be soaking wet. It's still gets the like heated up and like almost like a sauna but it is so absorbing definitely my favorite one I've gotten so far. I'll update when we see some results lol!Also I love that it's adjustable so during the day if I feel like I don't want it to be as tight I can adjust it or depending on the activity I can loosen it up or tighten it up. I would definitely say buy it!!

Feels very comfortable and I can’t really see I’m wearing a waist trainer unless it’s a fitted shirt but still no big noticeable bulge . Order to your size !

I know these are mostly used to “snatch” waist but I’ve found it great for posture and back support. I work remotely so I spend a lot of time sitting. I’ve found this great to correcting my posture when sitting. Super comfortable and I love that it doesn’t have a zipper. Even with just the main strap, you can feel everything coming in lol.For exercise, it helps with form and getting does help with melting my stomach. The relief when it comes off…whew in a good way.Great material and I do believe it will last long. Easy to adjust.

This belt was a bit short meaning only covered under bra up to belly which is good but I wanted a long wide one. It’s good for slimmer people. I am using for postpartum and it’s not that great although the material seems very good and thick

Very nice for 20$, there’s more expensive ones that aren’t as comfortable.I got it for my niece and it goes as tight as you need. Seems very nice for wearing day to day or for working out. She’s usually a small and this fit perfect.
