After about 10 days of filling the bottle with my morning water, I heard a loud pop and the inner glass liner shattered! I notified the company by email but have not received any response. Not a great way to run a business.

Not only is this bottle absolutely gorgeous, it’s built very well-made. It’s exceptionally easy to load herbs/ingredients, the stones are very good quality, and the Sakura blossom on the front is engraved in the glass and not just a sticker or vinyl. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase, and will probably be buying more as gifts for friends and family.- Yes it’s glass and fragile, so treat it kindly.- It does come with a protective sleeve that is also well made and sturdy

I love this bottle. It is such a beautiful piece of glassware. My only issue is that if you knock it over on its side once, the inside glass shatters. I have purchased this item 3 times because of that. My first two fell on their side and The inside glass shattered despite the second time around, it being in the sleeve when it fell over. I am still waiting for my third glass. If this one shatters, it will be the last time I purchase it. They need to do something about that.

I really enjoyed this tea thermos. It's really handy and keeps the drink very hot when the cap is screwed on. You'd actually have to leave it off in order for it to cool down enough to drink comfortably. The strainer on the inside unscrews, so you can put loose leaf tea in as well, without worrying about it floating around the cup. It comes with a black sleeve, to make it easier to hold while the glass is still hot. The crystals are a nice touch too, and I can imagine having fun switching them out. I only wish the sleeve was prettier, because it does cover up the crystals and the prettiness of the bottle design.
