This pack has been a life saver for me, as a newbie just starting to finally take my fitness seriously at age 40. Meaning I'm always stiff and sore. The foam roller is nice and very firm. I really like the different shapes balls to really pinpoint where I need the release. The strap is very handy for stretching, especially since I am very inflexible, it helps get a nice stretch on my legs and arms. But the best part to me is the tiger tail roller. I've never used one before this, so I don't have much to compare it to, but it feels very nice and is much easier to use than the foam roller because it is just hand held and I don't have to get into compromising positions on the floor to use it 😅

OMG.....It just arrived! And I'm telling you......my rib that has been out of place for nearly a month causing me back pain, I've just been able to pop it back into place, got the knots in my upper back, massage out muscle pain from Zumba. I feel sooooo much better. Out of the box not even for 10 minutes and I already love this! Definitely the best buy in a long time.

Foam roller is super small wish it was longer but does the job. the stretch band is super cheap material thankfully I don’t use it that much.

Foam roller cracks my back & holds my weight which I was nervous about but I love all of it get you one!
