Very good product but it's finishing is not well. Some parts are damage but it is strong

Packing and finishing is very worst. Planning for replacement. If you are buying don't expect finishing. better you can do this in nearby fabrication shopif rate matches. I think they also would be making this in local fabrication shop.

Good for pull-ups, not reliable for dips.The bar works great for pull-ups — no issues so far.However, if you're planning to use it for dips, I wouldn't recommend it. The bolts/fasteners provided aren't long or strong enough to handle the weight. When I tried using the dip attachment, it started pulling out of the wall even before I applied my full body weight. It could seriously damage your wall and might even be dangerous.If you still want to try dips, I suggest testing it very carefully by gradually adding your weight instead of putting full pressure right away. It might work for others depending on installation and wall type, but it definitely didn’t work for me and I won’t be trying dips on it again.And yes it obviously doesn't come with resistance bands or gymnastics rings lol 😆I bought it separately.Resistance bands are from Bold fit. 10 out of 10 recommended.Aur tum soch rahe hoge ki itna taam zhaam kyu kar rakha hai maine.Isliye kyuki ladki chorke bhaag gayi 😭😭And you know the drill for guysGym jaao bady banao is the only MantraBody to ban rahi hai but yaade fir bhi nahi jaa rahi 😭.Dukh hi dukh life me.
