I was very disappointed that two small round holes developed in the "see through" panel in the kettle housing. It wasn't until I went to order a replacement, the Amazon site advised its eleven years since I last purchased this product!!!!!Looks good and boils quickly.

This is a fabulous kettle. It is the 2nd time we have bought this particular one. Very pleased with it.

Great kettle but, after 5 years of wear and tear it has started to leak. Filling the kettle around full, the plastic around the water guide started leak water while boiling.

I have used this model of kettle for about 9 years and this is the 3rd kettle I have bought. considering the amount of times the kettle is used I am happy with that life span. I love the look of this model and it matches the toaster I have. It is easy to use, quick to boil and simple to descale. I am a huge fan and just happy that I can still buy this model on Amazon at a reasonable price.
