Bought these initially because I have two gallstones in my gall bladder and I wanted to see if I could reduce or break them up with bile salts. Watched Dr.Berg on YouTube who said that gall stones sometimes develop in people who don’t make enough bile. And saw how they helped when people had their gall bladders removed and then weren’t making enough bile.I don’t know yet if they have reduced the stones as I haven’t had a follow up appointment yet, will be interesting to see if they have. But I’m loathe to have my gall bladder removed unless I absolutely have to because this can have awful side effects when the bile production goes down.I take one before a meal, so usually take two a day. I’m not getting any slight pain anymore after meals around my gall bladder area, and I also had acid reflux and this has pretty much gone so far, which was an added benefit that I didn’t know would happen.Tablets arrived quickly, and I like that they are produced here in Britain, and are fairly reasonable priced. Will definitely order again.And if you want advice on any digestive problems watch the Dr.Berg videos on YouTube, since changing my diet and following some of his advice about healthy eating I have felt much better and lost weight too. He also advised about bile salts which I was unaware of before, so found these here in the UK. And no, I’m not being paid to promote him, just find his advice very helpful and interesting!

They definitely work but they suppress appetite so probably beneficial to people that want to lose weight

Used it for a few days so far and it seems to be working. Can't comment on the price since I was really after a solution. I will probably have to reorder.

I have gall stones and when I have discomfort this remedy really helps to relieve symptoms - it is not a cure!

I’ve been using the GALLMET Natural 60x Ox Bile 125mg Bile Salt for my gallstones, and while I can't say it's made a noticeable difference yet, I’m hopeful that time will tell. I haven’t experienced any side effects, which is a plus. I chose this product based on positive reviews from other customers. While I can't say it’s helped me personally, it might be worth a try for others dealing with similar issues.

Ordered to try been taking for 2 months now. Has stopped all IBS symptoms I've had for 11 years after gall bladder removal. I take 1 tablet with evening meal and some days even forget and works a treat

When I bought these I was unaware of the source, after researching the subject found out the bile is unethically sourced, a nutritional supplement made through suffering of animals impacts on the psyche as well as the physical body. I will buy alternative humane products only in future.
