Exactly was I was looking for!
I love this headset! After I tried many, I finally found one that I really like! Spending hours in calls all day, this product has been a blessing.PROS:- Very comfortable! Very light, and gentle on the ears. Since it's over ear, you can keep it on for hours without noticing it. It doesn't even warms up the ears too much.- The mute function, raising the microphone stick, is FENOMENAL! Many people say that this feature doesn't work properly for them. Many report that when you raise the microphone to mute, it actually mutes the sound in your ears too. Honestly, in my case, it only mutes the microphone and I can continue hearing other people talking. I tried it on my Windows laptop and my Android phone, with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Discord and regular cellular phone calls. Works like a charm in any situation. (if for some reason you experience problems, make sure to install Logi Tube)- The Logi Tune companion software is great to adjust equalization, the microphone and feedback volumes. When you lower the microphone stick, the headset plays the environmental audio, directly in your ears. Kinda like a "transparent mode". This helps a lot to don't feel too much clogged and isolated when you're talking. The problem is that there's a little static noise, that can be annoying. But you can adjust the volume of the feedback very easily with the Logi Tune app.NEUTRAL:- The sound quality is ok. Nothing exceptional. It's fine for music listening, very good for conversations.- It supports more than one device at a time. The downside of it is that it can handle only one audio stream at a time. For example: if it's connected to my laptop and I'm having a conversation with Teams, and it's also connected to my phone at the same time, when I receive a notification on the phone, the audio switches for a few seconds to the phone, and I miss pieces of the conversation.- The microphone stick doesn't go directly in front of your mouth. It sticks on the side, a little far from the mouth. People always say that they can hear me very clearly, and it has a fairly good noise cancellation too. But it also picks other people voices, in case someone is talking in the room. I'd have preferred a microphone stick closer to my mouth.CONS:- The battery life isn't great. I estimate a duration of 8-10 hours of usage for conversations. Which is fine, but much less other competitors. Probably the battery isn't very big, that explains why it's such a light headset. But it also charges very fast, and you can charge it when you're using it too.- I like the look of the product. The material looks nice, but it also looks a little fragile. After two months of usage they still look great, but I can feel I have to handle it carefully to don't ruin it.Overall a very good product, not even that pricey for what you get.

Headphones
The headphones good if you put the mic down noise canceling works all the way and I can hear myself more clearly in the mic test it with phone calls works pretty good the durability is good don’t stretch it to far due towards the fabric or the pull or the fabric be careful basically but I love it 5/5 there’s no stand my didn’t come with a wireless stand like it says in the video. Only the cloth bag that had both android type c on both ends no block granted had to used my headphones charge life is two hours you have to download Logi tune app not the other one there’s only three on logtic for the app to work you do have to sign in.

Great headphones but limited lifespan for the price
This is a great pair of headphones that is comfortable and easy to use. Especially like the fact that you can mute Microsoft teams by just turning the mic into the headphones. The reason I am giving this one 4 stars is because I brought it in April 2023 and these headphones just won’t charge anymore. So worked well for about 2 years however for the price I would have expected better life.

Lots of issues
I'm writing this review after using it 8+ hours daily for over two weeks now for work and personal time. After using it for this amount of time, I have come to really dislike this headset and plan to return it. I'm leaving this review so that others can understand what some of the issues I find with it are so they don't make the same mistake. I mostly wanted a wireless headset for casual gaming/music and also be able to use it for Zoom calls for work. The flip to mute mic was a nice added bonus and these looked cute. On top of that, all the reviews I could find at the time are mostly positive so I gave them a try.For appearance, comfort and range of connection, I'd give it 5 stars. For utility and what it's supposed to be for: audio, I'd give it negative stars if I could.Pros:1. Lightweight, comfortable, not bulky, audio quality is ok when it's on "headphone" mode2. Gorgeous color, I got mine in pink.3. Battery life. Charges quickly, can last 2 full days at least on one charge even if you use it all day.Cons:1. Bluetooth only. This part I found to be a problem in all bluetooth-only headsets. What this means is, the headset actually has 2 modes/channels of audio: a high quality, output ONLY channel for stereo music, and a very low quality, voice call optimized input/output voice channel. The headset can auto toggle between between these channels automatically but what this means is that it cannot be on both channels at once. In other words, if you need the mic in any way shape or form (e.g. you're in a discord voice channel), it will FORCE you to be in the low quality sound. So if you want to listen to music or have good audio playing from a game at the same time, it won't work. Or you can have good audio, but everytime you need to use the mic, it mutes your audio. My only work around for this was to use it as only audio out and use a separate desk mic for input.2. Really bad static on long meeting calls. Basically EVERY meeting that I've been in during these past two weeks that have lasted at least an hour, around the hour mark there starts to be static weaved in with any audio. Every time someone talks, every syllable of sound is accompanied by really bad static, and the static stops if the call is quiet. I basically have to restart my headset every time (and lose around 5-10s of audio from the call while I do this) and it'll be working good as new again. I read that this could occur if the device is low battery but my headset has never dipped below 60% battery on any of the occasions I've used it so I don't know what causes it.3. Does not work with zoom after laptop goes to sleep and wakes up. I noticed at the end of the work day, if I do not shut my laptop down completely and restart it before next use, Zoom will stop playing the audio to this headset. Strangely it will play sounds from other parts of the computer and Zoom settings show the mic is "active" but it doesn't actually play anything unless I restart the computer completely. It's been highly annoying to have to shut down and do a fresh boot of my work laptop every day for this.4. Auto shuts off if no audio detected for a period of time even if there is audio playing. So like most bluetooth devices, it will go to sleep if it thinks it's inactive for a while. Usually this is fine because if I'm listening to something on youtube or a music player it knows to stay connected even for hours at a time. However, for some specific applications, like Genshin for example, if Genshin is the ONLY source of audio playing (there's background music, and game characters talking), this headset thinks there's no audio so it will go to sleep for no reason every 15min or so and then I have to manually flick it back on, or I have to keep playing a youtube video in the background to keep it awake. As you can see this headset has a bunch of really ridiculous problems that destroy user experience. At this price point, it's a very disappointing buy. I don't recommend it at all unless you plan to only use it for one basic task (which even then, let's be honest, it probably will do a bad job at).

So close to perfect but not quite there.
These headphones are great when they work, but about 30-40% of the time I turn them on the audio / voice is completely distorted and unusable. It's a quick fix, turning them off and back on, but it's a total nuisance since I use these for work and the only way to tell if everything is 'off' is to hear a voice that sounds broken up and almost robotic. They have fantastic range, and I love that lifting the mic boom up will automatically mute the mic on the device, as well as in Teams - when I am on a call and need to not be heard this is extremely handy. The battery life is solid, I've spend most of my work day on calls before and it still has juice left, but if you need to juice it up it charges quickly.
