Worth buying
Been taking this for 4 months now and I’ve been gaining back my energy! Pills are big as other comments say but not much of a problem if you can sallow it bit by bit.Definitely helped me get the vitamins i was lacking. Will continue to buy and have been recommending my peers!

Worked for me..
I've used for a month, and I have to say I feel better in myself,I'm 55 and a certain week of the month I was tearful over nothing really 😂They are quite big so I tend to cut in half..I tried the gummy ones previously, and had no difference..Trial and error.. these work for me..

Hitting daily nutrition goals.
Really noticed the difference when taking these. I checked on my fitness pal, and know when I take these supplements I am close to hitting all my daily nutrition goals. Throw in some healthy meals and exercise a few times a week, and I know I’m smashing it. I have more energy and just feel better when I take them. Easy to take, work well, I like them a lot and have been taking them for about 3 months.

Size/taste/smell
Good value, better content than similar products but they’re big, dry, challenging to swallow and they have a smell to them which is unpleasant.
