A friend had helped me using hers I pulled a muscle. Balm worked wonders that I ordered more I gave patches to mom gave a jar to neighbor only thing mom didn’t like was how strong the smell was which reminds me of Vicks. Loved how fast it works especially on torn rotator cup water th pulled muscles in the neck

I usually don’t review products but Tiger Balm works so well I felt that I had to. I frequently have mild to moderate back pain and this is by far the most effective rub I have ever used. It has a strong smell but you get used to it very quickly and I’ve actually grown to enjoy the smell. It seems to start working almost instantly and lasts much longer than other products I’ve used. The only downside is that I didn’t know about it sooner. If you have muscle aches and pains I strongly recommend that you give it a shot.

There are several aspects to this review. This would've been a 5-star rating if the seller/manufacturer had responded to my reporting a missing item.Firstly, the description for the product clearly states "Pack of 2", but only 1 arrived in the packaging. When I reported this to Amazon, the directions had me contact the seller directly. I reached out to the seller using their online reporting webpage, and I supplemented that with an identical email. Although I received an initial email from the seller, I never received anything beyond that.After waiting 3 weeks, I reported this again to Amazon, where they offered a partial refund for the missing item. So kudos to Amazon! And sad face emojis for Tiger Balm, U.S., otherwise known as "Prince of Peace Enterprises, Inc."Now on to the product itself. I LOVE this product. It works great! It honestly relieves my muscular back pain, and it actually smells good. I would get this again, but next time, I'll just order a single pack just in case these shenanigans happens again.

I have problems with back pain. I massage this into my muscles and a short while later, I feel this delicious cooling tingle and the pain subsides. I like using natural products as opposed to something that may have negative cumulative effects, like steroidal options. This ointment is on subscription. (And so are the Tiger Balm pain relieving patches.)

It works! Helps relieve knee pain even better then the topical gel prescribed by my doctor. Has a nice smell that can also clear your sinuses! Two for the price of one!

I’ve been using Tigers Balm Ultra for year and I think it’s the best rub for joint and muscle pain.I give the product 5 star rating but the description claims to be a pack of 2 but I only received one jar.Customer service sent out a replacement, I’m just sharing my experience with this seller.
