Actually works!!
Actually works! It's spring time and I have a robot mower. Robot mowers make your lawn look amazing, all day every day. One downside is it makes it look like you always have to trim! I applied this as directed along borders in my front yard and it was easy to compare the side with the regulator and side without, it definitely slows down the growth. Happy I made the purchase - it's a small bottle but will likely last me the season.

Slowing it down

Too late in the season to use right now and still waiting for grass to fill in, in some spots from aerating and sand leveling. Excited to use next season though, hear this stuff is great for lateral growth and easy to use.

Works great
Used this for an overseed project that I started August. Stuff worked just like it was supposed to. Kept my existing grass in check so that my new seedlings could sprout and not compete for light. Would definitely use again.
