Puts those cheap usb hubs to shame and at a price.
There are a lot of usb hubs out there and when using those cheapy 10 port ones by anker and other brands I find I would have issues when powering many items especially external hard drives which can eat up a lot of juice. I like how this one has a built in power supply which should negate any kind of power issues though I am sure this will even have some limitations. i would not expect it to power 20 external 3.5 inch hard drives lol. This really is one quality piece of tech however and I have a few external hard drives, and many peripherals connected without issue. It is just a well made quality piece of hardware that i hope will last many years.

Good so far
It seems well-made and well designed. The question of durability cannot be answered until I’ve had it for a year or more. My $40 USB hub failed and I thought I need to find a professional hub. That should have durability and dependability. This was my choice for connecting multiple hard drives, keyboard, trackball and piano keyboard to my Mac pro.

Works well - all 20 ports synch and charge
We tested a lot of USB Hubs and this model works pretty well - go with model A223 for future proofing (bigger amp - 40A vs 20A on this model).Price is attractive.

Very Useful Tool
Solid product that allows charging and gang communication with many usb-c devices at once. We use it for large scale product charging and firmware updates.

Great 20/19 port hub
At first I was disappointed because it's actually a pair of 10 port hubs and I wanted to connect more than 10 ports to my PC, but I only wanted to use a single port on my PC (connecting it to 2 ports would work, but I preferred to keep the extra port on my laptop available for memory sticks and the like. Then I realized I can plug one of the 10 port hubs into one of the ports of the other 10 port hub which gave me a 19 port hub. It works fine, and is a perfectly reasonable solution.
