I ordered the brushed tin extendable length faucet. Great product, especially for the price. I really don't see the reason to pay several times more for a faucet of similar design.Very easy to install. The hardest part is removing the old faucet, specifically the faucet nut. After a bit of struggle and decent amount of force it will eventually come loose. Though it would help if you bought a faucet nut removing tool. A strap wrench can also be useful for some parts of removal and installation.The stream and spray functions work as expected with no issues encountered. If you buy the extendable length faucet be sure to email WEWE for a deck plate if you want one.The only slight complaint I have is that the faucet head hangs fairly low over the sink. It would be nice if the faucet were raised a little higher. However, it's not really a big deal since the faucet easily swings left or right so it can be moved out of the way easily.Personally, I'd definitely recommend the extendable version of this faucet.I also ordered the reverse/ osmosis, drinking water tap, also in the brushed tin finish to match my regular kitchen faucet. Again a very easy install. With the drinking water tap, as others have mentioned, buy your own 3/8" to 1/4" or 1/4" to 1/4" quick connector. The ones you get from Home Depot or Lowe's will be better quality than the ones included with tap, and they're very cheap to just buy on your own.

Easiest faucet swap I’ve ever had to do. It came with the 3/8 hose fitting I needed so changing from my older leaky Reverse Osmosis water faucet was fast and easy. My old RO install had a compression fitting, so all I needed to do was cut it off. Check the third picture of what it looked like before.1. Turn off your RO water supply2. Turn off the reserve tank3. Disconnect the water line leading to the old faucet4. Unscrew the old faucet from your kitchen counter5. Replace with this new faucet, replace the rubber washer and screw in the nut6. Attach the quick connect to the bottom of the new faucet7. Insert the water line firmly about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch8. Turn on reserve tank9. Turn on RO water supply10. Flip the faucet water lever to test11. Run for a minute or two to flush it out12. Clean up your work site13. Relax

A couple of weeks after installation the faucet started to leak a few drips constantly. We checked all of the fittings and they were fine. We thought we were going to have to return it. However, after checking the installation instructions "tips Page" we found that item D suggested the we check the hose nozzle and clean out the washer. There was also mesh trap in there that also needed to be cleaned out. It had a few small black particles that need to be removed. Once that was done the faucet stopped leaking and has worked excellent since then.

We bought this to replace a garage laundry faucet on which the gooseneck failed suddenly & dramatically. It was easy to install once I realized I could simply lift the laundry sink off the cabinet. The threaded tube which connects the faucet to the sink is chrome-covered plastic, but probably will not be stressed enough to cause the plastic to fail. The one surprise is that the water flow through this is noisy beyond the normal level of our other faucets. I haven’t yet tracked down just where the additional sound originates. Given that it’s in the garage it’s less annoying than it would be in a kitchen. For use as a laundry faucet note that it doesn’t have a thread for attaching a hose.

The faucet was surprisingly well-made provided all the parts needed advised of the adapters needed, which were not included, but were listed, which was helpful. Also, for the price faucet looks and feels expensive and durable.

Product has worked well for several years, but started leaking around the button on the spray head. I contacted supplier for replacement part. They requested a short video to verify the correct part. To my surprise, they told me their head was still in warranty and sent out a replacement immediately. Super customer service and polite, friendly agents. You can’t go wrong with a faucet from Wewe. I highly recommend.

My husband chose this faucet and we have been very pleased with it so far. It came very well packaged, was easy to install (according to my husband), works well, and doesn’t leak.

Install was nice and easy 1/4 push to connect fitting with an adapter to a 3/8 NPT hose end in my case. Finish is nice and smooth. Faucet works great A+
