Great mod - much needed
Got it yesterday, installed it last night.INSTALLATION: Very straight forward. Read the directions before you start if you are not familiar with this type of work. This is a must for any who CCW's a S&W 642 Airweight (If you're unsure about this - it is the one for this pistol) This has given me the grip I was missing after all these years of having this as a CCW. I wear a medium/large (more toward medium) in most gloves and the stock grip of the 642 was a like a dang mule kick when I fired +P rounds. I've been shooting for a few years so I am accustomed to recoil - but anyone else who shoot this would say the stock grip hurt their hand.I will be at the range this weekend so I will update after, but I have handled this grip quite a few times since I installed it, so I hope it performs as well I i feel it should.Ok, now for the initial impression:FEEL (compared to stock) - definitely narrower, but with the additional length it feels more natural. I can now use all three fingers. This is a firm, rubber material that gives my palm some padding, while allowing my fingers to grip the gun without too much manipulation.CONCEALABILITY: Personally, I do not see an issue with the new 1 and 1/2 inch inches or so. Pocket holster (Uncle Mikes Size 4) continues to work. I wore this in my waist today for about an hour and it was unnoticeable. Felt more secure to be completely honest since the rubber and length hung onto my pants waistline better than stock.SIGHT PIC: My muscle memory will definitely be re-trained. I already noticed I need to cant up more at the wrist (from a standing point shoot position) and same from hip shooting position. Not a lot of change, but some nonetheless.I gave this a 5 right now since it arrived quickly and my initial impression of this is, absolutely yes! If anyone asked for my recommendation.Did I say I really liked this so far?

Fits fine and works great
I wasn’t happy with mit existing grip and wanted to have a more upright and longer purchase on the pistol. This installed easily, feels nice and grippy and my groups tightened up significantly

Really good grip!
Good quality and feel, much better grip than stock Mod 60. Highly recommend!More labor intensive than other grip installs, but if you're handy (maybe not handsome) it's fairly easy. Need a grinder or dremel if handle pin length needs reduced, just punch out pin with nail-set to work on it. Also important is to chamfer/smooth sharp edges after grinding down to 14mm L.

I like it,
Installed quickly. Fits decent, a little gap at the back but it fits my hand well. Looking forward to my next trip to the range.

Another well designed Hogue Grip
This grip was purchased for a S&W Model 60 with three inch barrel and adjustable sights. This is not an everyday carry gun for me, but it is certainly capable if ever needed. My use is a small kit gun to carry in the field loaded with 357s or +Ps, and an occasional snake load in an OWB holster. If I were going to change anything I would add a bit of gel padding in the web of my hand just like my Hogue Tamer X grip I use on my S&W 44 Magnum Mountain gun. With that said, this grip is way better to me than the original Uncle Henry grips that came on the gun. They are a better design that makes shooting 357s more comfortable than the originals. Notice I didn't say comfortable, I said more comfortable. No 357 in this size gun is comfortable for very much 357 shooting, but this grip is very stable, and I shoot the gun very will with them installed . I am very pleased with them.

Good grip
Fits my Smith & Wesson 442 well. Definitely a good grip for bigger hands wanting a conceal carry they can hold with more than 2 fingers.

SW642-not a good fit
Does not fit perfectly on the model 642. There's a gap (approx 3/16th of an inch) between the backstrap and the top of the grip; where dust and blowback can accumulate. I'm a fan of Hogue grips, but in all good faith I can't give this one a good review.

Gripy grip
Grips are great on this gun and help to balance it in my hand. Haven't shot it yet but think it will be fantastic.
