Great recovery tool
The price was right for these resistance tubes. I am recovering from right & left torn rotator cuffs. These tubes are similar to the ones I used in physical therapy. Various tubes, varying resistance. I’m about 90% recovered. Great product.

They do the trick and the price was right. Now keep in mind I have arthritic shoulders and use these more for physical therapy exercises and stretching. So I can't attest for heavy exercise.

Easy and convenient workout!
The first set I got was defected but I received the second one within 2 days and I love it. I don’t hold the defect against the product. It is definitely worth it. The tubes and over the door anchor works great! I really like how the different tubes have different weight resistance.

Resistance bands
Just started using them and one of them already started to rip. Would like to purchase that one individual band to have the complete set but there is no option for it.
