I loved this keyboard. Only problem is that after only a few charges, the keyboard stopped charging and now it no longer charges.Update as of 11-19-2021. After writing the original review, the seller contacted me and sent me a replacement keyboard. I have charged the keyboard 3 times now and so far everything works great! I use my iPad 7th generation daily as a laptop and I was lost without having a working keyboard. I was surprised to receive an email from the seller on here and even more surprised that they sent me a replacement one. I figured that I was going to be out the money and I was in the process of looking for another keyboard but thankfully the seller contacted me. I have only charged the keyboard three times now but so far I am an extremely satisfied customer. I wish more businesses stood by their products. Thank you so much for having amazing customer service and for going above and beyond. I love how the keyboard lights up in different colors. The only thing I wish that was different was that I wish that the keyboard would automatically turn off when not in use. I am constantly having to turn the keyboard off when not in use because otherwise it still drains the battery as long as it’s in the on position. Other than that, the keyboard is very well made and there are no complaints. I answered a question to help someone with their case because they were having issues trying to take off the keyboard case. What I do to remove my keyboard to clean my iPad is that I press on the center of the apple on my iPad and push and then I am able to remove it. If you try it any other way, you will break fingernails because it fits very snug to the iPad. This keyboard is also very sturdy. I’ve had keyboards where they want to close on me but this keyboard stays open and doesn’t try to close on me as I type. Very well made and I highly recommend!

So I brought this keyboard for my iPad because i got tired of carrying around my laptop. It was great for about 6 months. Even with daily uses I didn’t have to charge it daily. So I’m not sure how long I haven’t been able to charge it. But in the middle of filling out a rental application the red light starts blinking 10 minutes later it dies. I plugged it in while i took a shower (like 30 minutes) NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Which sucks because I used the keyboard daily. So now I’m back using the touch screen keyboard (Which I absolutely hate). Right now I’m torn because i dont want to spend another $50 for a keyboard

This was a great keyboard case for my iPad 9th gen for nearly 3 years; purchased in July 2022 & held up wonderfully until some of the keys in the top number row suddenly stopped working this month (3/2025). I suppose nearly 3 years for an Amazon keyboard is pretty good. Just upgraded to the iPad 11 & purchased the newer model of this keyboard for my new iPad.

I got this product after breaking the keyboard I had prior to this one. I like the hard case, except it doesn’t have any shock protection. I have more cracks in my screen protective glass than with my last cheap keyboard. The keyboard itself is easy to type on even though it locks up sometimes. Its easy to forget to turn it off after your done with it, but it does go into sleep mode after so long of no use, which is great for saving the battery. I like that you can put the tablet into all kinds of positions, turn it around 360 degrees, flip to tablet mode, etc. the only thing I don’t like about it is you can’t disconnect the top that holds your tablet from the keyboard without taking the tablet out of the case all together. Over all I would recommend this keyboard case simply for the ease of typing and you can move the tablet in almost any position.

It's really pretty, but the keyboard is a little stiff when trying to move it around. The battery life is amazing; I received this product three weeks ago, and it has not needed charging since then; it's still at over 90%. When connected to your iPad, it works just like any PC would (all the keyboard buttons, shortcuts, programs, and more.) It's very easy to install, though it is a bit heavy, but not heavier than a typical laptop, just slightly heavy for its size. I would recommend this product. The only thing I don't like about it is how small the mouse cursor is. It's also a bit difficult to maneuver. Otherwise, this is great. It was perfectly made, and I often forget that my iPad isn't actually a laptop.

I am very unsatisfied with my keyboard breaking. It’s almost been a year and it has decided to not charge anymore. This is very inconvenient since i got the keyboard to make typing more effective. It broke at the worst time since I cant return it anymore. I will recommend this product for short term use, because when it did work it worked well, and even had a long lasting battery. However, since the case is connected to the keyboard the entire thing is useless if the keyboard doesnt work.

saw some people confused about how to pair, just hold the pair button on the keyboard and connect it through bluetooth. super cute and durable, but make sure you have a screen protector on your ipad as the case doesn’t pop up to protect it from drops.
