Works As Expected, Easily Paired
Works as described and makes the system much easier to use without needing to directly access the Smart Home app for arm/disarm. Up and running in minutes and never any connection issues. Considering the purchase of a second unit for convenience.

a convenient add-on for tolviviov alarm system
It just simply works fine and makes my arm/unarming much easier. You need to type in a passcode before disarming. For arming away/home, you don't need to do anything but hold the corresponding buttons for a couple of secs. No problem so far.The seller said you have to open the back panel to remove a battery insulator tag before using or it won't turn on. I'm not sure if that's the reason people gave so many low ratings so far but for me, everything works well. The seller is responsive to answer any questions you have.

Works great
Docking it 1 star for the instructions and volume level. I am very pleased with this product. I installed this in a church and was able to cover 2 buildings with one unit. The distance it works is impressive.

So easy to add in App and set it up, Really love that, just ordered one more for back door, I controlled this Alarm system through App but my family want some simple so I ordered and I love that too

Absolutely no customer support
This alarm system is supposed to be amazon's own product. I called Amazon for customer support Because in the description, it says they will help you. This is not true. They don't know anything about the alarm system. There is no customer support number from the company. I emailed them and told them. These alarm panels do not allow you to add extra features. I bought two extra keypads and two remotes, which are now useless. Very hard to program and very glitchy. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
