where is the instruction book?!?
Chanter arrived in good shape but the book that was supposed to come with it was not there. Can't find a way to ask that the book be mailed also.

Don't bother
This instrument was absolutely unplayable. I like the sound of bagpipes but this genuinely sounded like a congested goose. Very sqaucky. I comes with 2 plastic reeds and neither worked. I did more research into starter chanter recommendations from experienced players on youtube and they say plastic is totally acceptable, and a good wood one is going to cost more. Its tempting to try a cheap version just so you can get started asap (I have very impulsive hobbies, i get it) but save up a little longer and get a plastic one from a respected brand.
