Horseradish Root, 1 Pound (Sold by Weight). Great for Planting, Seasoning or Sauces. A taste delight.

My mother-in-law was not able to find any horseradish anywhere in her area. She even looked into shipping some. She has severe food allergies and cannot have store bought horseradish sauce and has to make her own. I purchased 2lbs. She only planted the larger pieces and has used the smaller ones for sauce. She is very happy and said they taste amazing. It didn’t take long at all for the plants to start coming up after planted so growth rate is quick. The size of the roots were great as there was a couple large and small to medium roots included.

Arrived in fresh, healthy condition. It is a root, so seeing dirt did not bother me as it was important that they not scrub away the outer part in order to keep it fresh. I kept in the fridge for a week until I processed the majority of this root into Fire-Cider. The rest, I cut into pieces and planted (in December zone 6b) in a pot. It is growing well and very healthy.

The horseradish root was packaged nicely with a damp paper towel and bag to keep it fresh.Every root sent was in great shape ( no mold or rot).I planted it immediately and as you can see from the picture, the 2 pieces I received both have leaves and are doing great.I planted the roots in a fabric grow bag ( in my greenhouse) and am very pleased at their growth.I highly recommend this supplier.

First time I ordered gave ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Horseradish we received was fresh and delicious.Received 2nd order today, changing to 1 star since product arrived moldy and only thing we could taste when we grated it was a moldy taste, barely a hint of horseradish. Waste of money since it had to be thrown in the trash (not returnable). Will look elsewhere.

Product is outstanding and really should be five stars! The Delivery by AMAZON sucked! Was supposed to be left on front porch and was left in mailbox and this is the type of item that should not be in the heat long.

Fresh and in perfect condition! I am very pleased with these horseradish roots. They arrived fast and fresh.

I don’t know how you could get a nicer batch of root. Packed with care. Fantastic product. A+++

Just received the roots, 4 of the 5 were in decent to excellent shape, but 1 was mush. I would prefer to chat to the vendor, but of course i cant figure it out or if its even possible.
