I was using earth mama ointment but it wasn’t enough to mitigate my newborns diaper rash, especially at the rate she was soiling her diapers. The rash was getting really bad and this zincoxide based cream healed her overnight! There is a palpable difference in the protective layer that stays vs the ointment which absorbs too quickly. Maybe it is used error and I should only use the ointment as preventative. This triple paste also comes with 4x the volume for a fraction of the price of earth mama so I’ll definitely be coming back to this!

My 6month old had a terrible diaper rash it was bright red raw and lasted a long time till I started using this cream. If your kiddo has a bad rash - I highly suggest getting one of those bum spatula looking things to apply an absurdly thick amount of cream - similar to frosting a cupcake. It works.

Only diaper cream I will use. No smell and it doesn’t irritate sensitive skin. I swear by this product and suggest it to everyone I know.

This is the best diaper cream out there. It's more effective and less smelly than Desitin. I just wish it weren't so ridiculously expensive.
