Great kit in great value! LCD is I2C, it only consume 2 pins!

I chose this kit as I wanted to have RFID reader, RFID tag & card, LCD display and so far so good. Considering the price of 18.99, and if you find multiple items you need, this could be the great option rather than buying everything individually. I used RFID, LCD, Touch sensor and Servo so far, connecting to Adafruit Huzzah Feather, working pretty well. Huzzah Feather only has 3.3V but both LCD, RFID and Touch sensor working fine. RFID consume number of pins, therefore it will be difficult to add more device in this my project, but great that three device works in tiny Huzzah Feather!

When I got the kit, it looked functional, but not super pretty. But I am happy that it's got all the components and all of them seem to be working. At the end of the day all I'm asking for is something that's cheap and works well. That alone warrants 4 stars. I'm bumping them up to a five because of the tutorial they offer on their website. The program initially didn't compile. When I asked them what went wrong they told me to upgrade my Arduino. Lo and behold the program worked! I'm happy that the sellers actually responded to my questions. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Nice assortment; Online projects require another card

The online projects for this kit assume you have at least one component that is not included in this set. As disappointing as that is, I still have a lot of sensors and toys with which to play until I purchase the board(s) required for projects.

Works great!

Used for a workshop at work. Card reader works great. It can be read from ~ .5”-1” away from the sensor. Great for an IOT project.

Dont order.

I am very unsatisfied with the item. There were no directions to assemble.

Great value - but some serious issues

Have only been working with the RFID and LCD screen so far. IMPORTANT: the linked documentation is out of date on this page - go to osoyoo.com and *search* for RFID (and the LCD page too) and use the files from there, NOT from the 'kit page' linked here (those use old libraries, and assume a 4-line display not the 2-line LCD you receive). Also, my reader would not read the card, only the tag supplied - turns out if that's the case, power the card with 5v and not 3.3v and then it works fine, every time. Lastly, if you're going to order more cards or tags, the RFID reader is a RC522 Module, and the cards/tags need to be 13.56Mhz.

If you have a controller already this is the "booster pack" to get!

Have been looking at working with RFID (been busy with other stuff, finally have time again for hobbies); this was the perfect fit. It has the RFID card w/ reader/writer plus extra goodies, buying all this separately would've been more money plus hit-and-miss for Prime. The highlights that drew me to this product was:RFID Starter equipment4x4 matrix keypad16x2 LCD
