I have been a regular user of fast&up products, especially their effervescent range. This time while I was browsing for a protein powder for myself I came across fast&up's plant protein and that too in my fav flavour chocolate. Thought of giving it a try as I m aware of the brand and the quality of their products and trust me again the brand did not fail to surprise me. It feels so good after consuming it, though the taste is a little okayish due to it coming from natural plant source with no artificial flavouring but that tinch of chocolate does its magic. It's super easy to consume n feels really good in the stomach. Plus it comes packed with the actually protein requirement for a woman's body.Highly recommend it!

Taste could be better - but serves purpose. I like the taste of Muscle Blaze chocolate flavoured protein better.

I had lotof expectation from this product. However it turned out to be a herbal kind of drink. The carbs: protein ratio is way higer which is very surprising as it's presented as a protein drink. Am totally surprised seeing the carb content of this product. Becoz I had opened it hence I couldn't retrun. Even the chocolate flavor is not good enough. Bad buy !!!!

The taste is yummy. I have been using this from May and did my 2nd purchase, it has really helped with my muscle gain. It doesnt feel like other protien powder, its not that sweet. I used one packet for a good three months and i used 3/4 of the cup and for 5 days a week. Its totally value for money. It also blends well in water and doesnt become lumpy much.

Causing gastric issue and constipation. Didnt like it, its been a month I am trying to get adjusted with this protein, but such a waste this is.It os giving energy but how can somebody have this, its causing stomach upset, lot of bloating and gas that you cant sleep after having this.I have had some protein earlier but never face these those of issues.

Been looking for a good protein powder for a while - most of them have this grainy texture post mixing and other pea proteins ive tried quite often gives an unpleasant aftertaste.Which is where I like fast and up - theyve been famous with their cylindrical tablets for vitamins so theyve already established brand trust .the plus side is this doesn't have any added sugars but im not certain how i feel about the Stevia. But they also don't have maltodextrin which is a anticaking hidden sugar name per my understanding.This protein powder has a flavor like that of cocoa and berries combined- so it leaves a nice fruity taste in your mouth. Ive only tried it with milk yet - but I think it might taste better with water.One advice .. dont leave it out for too long after you mix because it will become a lumpy mass as most protein powdders do.With ashwagandha pomegranate amla tulsi and haldi i think this is definetly worth it.over time health benefits should showThe one thing I would call out is it doesnt the scoop spoon in the box .

I have ordered chocola flavour but the product tastes like melon. Its smell is also like melon . Its pathetic.

I was searching something plant based to have after my workout as iam vegan and all vegan protein sources are also loaded with carbs. I found this and bought it as it has all natural sources of protein minus the carbs which fits perfectly to my requirement. The taste was good like a protein shake as expected and easy to mix. Packaging was good. I had it in water but I think soy milk would be better. Full marks for the initiative taken for us vegans. 👍👍☺️
