Tough Stuff
This is some tough fabric. Very tightly woven, super stiff, thick. That could even be a problem if you're using it to recover chair seats; doesn't want to fit corners smoothly. So wash it, HOT, and iron it before you grab your staple gun. It isn't waterproof but really really tight. Happy I bought this one. It just might outlast the chair frames.

Nice and durable material
Used this canvas on my fishing boat to create side curtains for my Bimini top. Almost matches the top exactly but this material is actually a little nicer quality.

The color fades quickly under direct sunlight. NOT SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE.
I purchased this fabric in August of 20. I was impressed with the fabric as soon as I saw it, the weaving was even with no defects, and the coating on the back that makes it waterproof felt like it was applied smoothly and thoroughly. So I set to work on my Chase covers. I worked hard to get them properly measured and fitted, even went so far as to put binding on the seams. I’ve had many comments on how nice they look and fit. They kept the chase cushions clean and dry all winter, but they faded horribly. And now I’m concerned that over the summer, the Texas sun will completely destroy them. The pictures are of one cover. The sides are somewhat holding their color, but you can see how much the top panel has faded. The second picture is of the top panel, laid next to a side panel. Now I’ll need to make them all over again, but this time I’ll use Sunbrella fabric. The only reason I didn’t use it before was because a color I liked wasn’t sold on Amazon. I convinced myself that what I was looking at would probably last for at least four or five years. Boy was I wrong! This fabric faided this much in only 10 months!I’m placing an order for Sunbrella as soon as I finish this review. I knew better! I have over 20 years of experience with Sunbrella, I know with it, that the normal life span is over ten years, and only shows negligible fading. Our big patio umbrellas that are made with Sunbrella fabric are nine years old, and the fabric still looks great!

fast shipping and great quality
I'm making dodgers for my sail boat, but after testing this material out, decided to go with sail covers, winch cover, etc.Very good material which I believe will rival big names like sunbrella, etc.
