Updated Nov 2023,Ok finally it completely became unusable. The lower portion of the blender jug is getting sperated now, after leaking, now its practically broke. It was still in warranty so I talked to Amazon but they say you need to contact the local customer service of the brand Kewood. They are in far away city, so far not picking call. I'm not sure If I'll be able to get jug replaced or fixed or whatever. Worst blender experience of my life actually!Updated Sep 2023,The jug has started to clearly leak now, as soon as I put liquid, it goes down and even crosses the Motor and the liquid is over the shelf! Not to mention that is so much noisy that no body can stand around if its turned on.Good points (first impressions):Strong machine, Blends ice and whatever I putThe top cover of jug is not easy to lock/unloack, but overall fine.Its very noisy though, which is a big drawback.I used grinder as well, though its a bit small in size. But I use it occasionally so fine for me.BAD points after usage :( .. :Somehow after few months of usage, I noticed that the upper portion of motor and lower portion of jug has started to become brown (due to friction?) and smells like rust....

Great product , blends anything you put on it , but after 3 months 2 of the speeds stopped working. Contacted the seller Whish Master for help and got a replacement in couple days ! They were amazing as a Costumer Service Support, great work 🙏

It's not a good product I want to return itIt's a bad blender please I'm requesting for return i can't just buy what works for only 2 times and i want to use it again but don't work it stop working why?

Good quality

I loved using this blender to make soups and smoothies for the past two years. Then today all of the sudden the jar started leaking at the bottom and when I put it on the blender a bunch of orange rust/dust came out the bottom. This might be due to the fact it’s impossible to clean the jar properly as water leaks into the bottom nooks and crannies and the parts cannot be taken apart to dry properly. Will not repurchase.

I would recommend this blender because of its poor quality.
