This oil is very good.
I use it inside "[anti] Stress" (in inhaler or diffuser together with other Aroma Tierra oils (See the book of Dr. Zelinsky "The Healing power of Essential oils"). It helps to overcome daily stresses and to overcome anxiety. Also it is a good as massage oil for sleep. With other oils it is inside the spray for relaxation, clarity of the mind, the state of calm. Also it helps in combination with other oil to fight candida overgrowth.
