These are my go to for bed time. They taste good and work great!

Started to write this review and fell asleep. I like these because they are just enough to assist me with falling asleep but I have no hangover the next day, like I do with higher milligram doses.

Works like melatonin should. Taste is good, dissolves quickly.

Great for helping sleeping

Have been using for long time…I believe it helps sleep.

I'm cutting these in half as sometimes I am groggy the next day if I take too high a dose. 1.5 mg seems to work great for me. I dissolve these under my tongue as they seem to work faster that way. I like the taste and they dissolve quickly.

I have used this product for over 20 years I take two pills to sleep through the night and very comfortably. I take one pill when I want to go to sleep in about half an hour and then I get into bed take the second pill and I’m out like a light in just a little while and I sleep deeply I dream often and then crank the Lord for another day.

These work great, and I like the 3mg size as I often take 2. They taste great and dissolve quickly.
