I ordered this refurbished controller for a grandson and he loves it. They had the xbox 360 but only had one wireless controller. I was hesitant at first with the idea that it was a refurb but the price is what convinced me. Of course with a refurb you never know what you are going to get so was interested in seeing it. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it because I thought that it would at least have a couple dings on it. This controller looked like new. The kids are now using this and it works great. They have had no issues with any of the buttons sticking or not working. It also came with a set of batteries so that they could play with it right away. It can be difficult to write a review on something that I don't use but I can see the enjoyment they have while using this controller while playing their games. Now they don't have to argue about which one gets to use the wireless controller and can set the wired controller off to the side. I have to say that the price was competitive and that is something that I need to fit my budget. This was the first time that I had made a purchase of a refurbished controller but will be doing this more often and not have to hesitate about what condition it will be in.

the controller works perfectly, but it turns out you need an adapter to play on pc. it wasn’t too much of a bother for me personally though. i was patient enough to wait for an adapter

I purchased this item after searching in stores for one. I was a little hesitant knowing it was refurbished and I know nothing about xbox 360. Of course, when it arrived, I could not get it to work so I called the number on the enclosed paper. I was surprised that someone answered, not a recording. He was very friendly, easy to understand and helped me out. He also reassured me that if the remote did not work it was backed by a 90 day money back guarantee. I had it working in seconds. I did not know there were sync buttons. That was it. I will be purchasing another one through him. Very pleasant experience,

Purchased 2 controllers. The controllers came in plastic bags inside box. Buttons were dirty, and most of them stuck when pressed. Top of one joystick was worn away, and covered with a plastic cap. One controller had a small chunk of plastic broken off. This was supposed to be a birthday present, but it's so gross and busted that I wouldn't even keep it for myself. For a few bucks more, I am just going to purchase new ones in the store.

I was fairly skeptical for quite some time before ordering. I read tons of reviews and went for it. It's perfectly clean and works like new. Wrapped well. Maybe a few minor scuffs but nothing noticeable to the touch. I will be getting at least two more for xbox and hopefully some gamecube ones.
