Holds & locks the cable tight
Worth the money, quality stainless steel. Finished product had all smooth edges. I bought a different manufacture. Finished product had very rough edges and rusted to quickly.

So far no rust. Time will tell.

So far, so good.
I purchased these for creating and tightening a loop eye for a 3/8 steel cable. I had a 100' foot 3/8 steel cable that I was shortening. I already had the thimbles, yet needed the extra wire rope clips to add the appropriate tension to the cable. Easier to use versus using ferrules and having to buy a swaging tool.
