We bought these clippers in January 2022. They are THE BEST pet clippers we’ve ever had! I was skeptical of buying them because of the rechargeable battery, but I’m so glad I gave them a try. In the 3+ years I’ve owned them, I haven’t even had to charge them very many times. The battery power lasts a loooong time before needing to be recharged.Recently, I started having trouble getting the blade to cut. I remembered that there’s a lifetime warranty on it! I contacted the company by email. The SAME DAY the company contacted me!! Olivia was wonderful to work with and answered any questions I had. A few days later, I had a new blade in hand and it totally fixed the issue!! It’s as good as new!! I love these clippers and the customer service (specifically Olivia) is outstanding!! Thank you!!

Great shaver! I have a big thick haired dog and it cut it pretty easy! Some parts I had to cut through without the guard just do to the hair type but I got him cut short and it only took me about 45 mins. Shaver stayed charged, only going down to 75%.

this clipper is great! It is so quiet, I don't even think my dog realizing i'm doing anything. I haven't used it to do his whole body, just some trimming here and there so I don't know about the power, but it has worked very well for my needs. the battery also lasts a long time

The first razor I purchased got hot fairly quickly, which caused me to take a lot of breaks during the grooming process. For reference, I have a poodle mix. I reached out to Sue at Oneisall and she promptly offered to send me a new kit, which arrived within days. Unfortunately, the new one also tends to get warm fairly quickly, but if you're willing to take breaks and/or don't plan on doing a full body grooming, this is a perfect razor. It's a good value and customer service is stellar. I usually pay $140 for a groom every six weeks, so I will get a higher grade razor because it's not reasonable to expect a $30ish razor to do the job. That said, it's a very nice set with a lot of different size blade attachments, blade oil, a comb, nice scissors and the razor holds a charge very well. I plan on using it for quick touch ups going forward because it does a great job...just not intended for a lengthy grooming session.

After a couple of years, the razor just wasn’t cutting well anymore. I reached out to Oneisall regarding their lifetime warranty and I was very happy with their response. Olivia was especially helpful as she arranged for a new blade to be sent to me in a very quick couple of days. I received the new blade and the dog trimmer works really well again! Bought for my long haired cat and its a game changer. It shaves so easily through his silky thick fur. It doesn't bother him much because its not super loud. Shaving him for summer usually took 4+ hours but only takes 40 minutes now. Definitely worth it for the price!

At home use in between professional grooming. This is a great little set.
