I ordered two of these which were very cute and durable. However, they would not erase, and I was unable to get the battery lid open to change the battery. I sent the company an email explaining the problems and they responded quickly and friendly by replacing both of them. Received the replacement tablets within just a few days, and they both work beautifully. This company is very easy to work with.

Bought this for our 10 month old to give him something to play with when we go out to dinner (not wanting to do screen time). While it's probably a little too "old" for him for now, it seems like a really cool little gadget, and dad and I have had fun playing with it, even if little guy is more interested in eating the pen than writing on it lol.

We have the blue of these tablets and it arrived in great working order other than one of the holes for the strap that connects the pen to the tablet not being cleared enough to actually thread the string through! Ordered a second in yellow and it arrived and the screen won’t clear. Pretty bummed out on the consistency of the product. Seems like it’s just luck of the draw!Other than that, the kids LOVE them!
