Worked well but not in 'refurbished-excellent' condition and fingerprint sensor was not working
Did what it should but fingerprint sensor was not working and there were a lot of scuff marks around the edges . I would have rated this as refurbished-good and not excellent. That said if you are not fussed about this and just need a good working laptop, this is not bad. Unfortunately I had to return this as I was not fully satisfied.

Good value laptop
Laptop is very clean and works as expected. Even has a built in fingerprint scanner, this works most of the time! Ideal as a second home laptop no need to spend extra buying new.

Very disappointed
I had to return it as it refused to fire up I let an expert look at it he told me there was a bad connection on the battery the seller never answered my emails thanks to Amazon I managed to get my money back

Excellent Laptop. May come with UK/US keyboard) Great all the same.
Laptop is a Grade A laptop and came looking brand new with a US keyboard. (They may send UK or US keyboarded laptop) It’s dated from 2016. I know this because the BIOS is dated from then.The laptop has a US keyboard - got around that by connection a wireless UK keyboard and mouse and setting up windows to UK keyboard as well. The laptop will handle everyday tasks with ease for home office and work. Happy to recommend this company

The first laptop received was faulty. In touch with seller via Amazon and return label sent immediately. As soon as they got it back a new one was despatched.New replacement is great.

Absolutely disappointed
I have purchased this during big billion sale. Also I thought it would be good to go for recycled products. However the laptop's battery is severly malfunctioning. A closed laptop discharges battery like vapour. Ok no issues I thought maybe I kept the laptop on Sleep mode. So to recheck, I charged the laptop. Immediately as I plugged in, the battery started showing 13% charge and within 10 minutes it was 100% charged. Note that it was showing 3 hours to full charge.This just raised an alarm bell. So I shut down the laptop. This time double sure I did. And when I opened the laptop after 1 day. I got a black screen that laptop battery is critically low and several options to restart etc.I have initiated the return. Let's see how that goes on.
